"Rule of thumb: Brutus cartoons were good, Bluto, not so much."
That's backwards son. But I'm assuming that's a typo since the linked story even says the reverse. Here's an easy way to remember: Brutus sounds like "bad ass". Compared to the Fleischer Popeyes, the King cartoons are bad, looking like something the donkey may have dropped. Arm yourself with trivialities m'boy and friends may come and go but you will never want for amusement.

[...] I won a little half helmet at the ‘07 New Haven scooter rally, and immediately decided to paint it. I always wanted an olive drab helmet like this to wear with aviator goggles. I took some photos, so here’s a basic how-to on painting something like this, from primer to pinstripes.
Branden: it was a crummy cheap compressor that never really built up enough pressure to work with. You get what you pay for with air compressors.

[...] One of my first posts was a list of New Year’s Resolutions for 2007. I thought it’d be nice to revisit that list, and see how I did. The short answer: not so good. But, there were some partial successes, and lots of progress in areas unanticipated. So without further ado: My Abysmal Performance in 2007 [...]

Whoa this is cool-- are you gonna do pinups then? I talked with Alex about the idea we had and he liked it, so prolly our eccentric cousin Erick Wylde might be doing some pinups this year. Hehe.

I'll email you...The widgit is cool. We can put it there if you want, but we really should set up SimplePie (the script I'm using to post my blog to my own homepage). That way, you can make it look however you want with css. The only reason I'm not doing that here is because MySpace doesn't allow such things. I think flash objects are the only way to sneak in the MySpace fort.
